When you think of wellness, you immediately think of the sauna. At Athermen you will find a wide range of saunas, all of which guarantee pure relaxation of body and mind.
Kelo sauna : In this sauna the air is pleasantly dry and the temperature warm. With 80 degrees, this sauna is a blessing for the body. Your skin heats up slowly and glows wonderfully when you step outside again. Let your skin tingle extra by cooling off in a refreshing plunge pool or under a fine mist shower. - Temperature 80 ºC
Panorama sauna : The panorama sauna is a large, spacious sauna cabin. The sauna has a temperature of approximately 75°C. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and sit or lie down on comfortable wide sofas. The large windows offer a soothing view. View from here the beautiful garden with the saunas and tropical hangout. - Temperature 85 ºC
Pouring up sauna : In a pouring up sauna, as the name suggests, a pouring up session takes place. A large quantity of water with essential oils is poured onto the sauna heater and the hot, fragrant vapours are blown around by one of our sauna masters. As a result, the hot and humid air flows past the body and creates a fierce tingling sensation of warmth that puts the body to work. - Temperature 80 ºC
Silence sauna : In this sauna there is absolute silence. Due to a busy and hectic lifestyle, body and mind are in greater need than ever of moments of peace and quiet. Absence of disturbing noises has a healing effect. Outward silence brings you back to inner peace, in which energy, self-confidence and health are restored. - Temperature 75 ºC
Infrared sauna : This sauna is made of Hemlock wood, a type of wood that ensures even heat emission. The shortwave infrared rays directly heat the body and not the air around it, as in a Finnish sauna. The infrared rays penetrate deep into the skin and heat the body optimally and efficiently. The heat relaxes muscle tissue and stimulates blood circulation. This reduces muscle tension and body parts relax. - Temperature 40 - 50 ºC
Finnish sauna : Let yourself be enchanted by this Finnish tradition. Thousands of years ago, the people heated their houses with fire-burning stones, today they lie in this sauna to let you relax. Together with the humid air, you will feel embraced by this gentle well-being. The good starter's sauna, that's what we sometimes call our Finnish sauna. Because of the mild character and the benches at different heights, you will warm up in a quiet pace. -Temperature 70 - 75 ºC
